3. How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on Microsoft office which is only accessible by KlutterFree employees. We will only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for (detailed in section 3 above), including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
In respect of enquires made via the website or by email or phone, we may keep your information for up to 1 year to allow us to recall our notes should you contact us again at a later date and require our services. For taxation purposes, the law requires us to keep basic information about our customers (including contact, identity, financial and transaction Data) for six years after they stop being customers. We will never sell your data and we promise to keep your details safe and secure.
4. Your data protection right
Under data protection laws you have certain rights in relation to your personal information, as follows:

i. Right to request access: (this is often called ‘subject access’). This is the right to obtain from us a copy of the personal information which we hold about you. We must also provide you with certain other information in response to these requests to help you understand how your personal information is being used.
